CONDITIONS OF HIRE When you book a £75 deposit is required for each week. This secures your booking. Please ensure you include this with your booking form, alternatively, if you book by phone this should be with us within seven days. This deposit, if holiday cancelled is non-refundable. On receiving your payment a receipt will be returned. This will confirm your Booking and show the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday. A due date for this payment will show on your receipt, however, no further reminder will be sent. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan. In the event of holiday being cancelled after full payment is received no refund will be given unless we can re-let the caravan. Bookings are from 3.00 pm on Saturday of arrival to 10.00 am on the Saturday of departure. No smoking or pets are allowed in the Caravan. No all female or all male parties accepted. No bookings will be accepted for young groups or young parties consisting of all Male or all Female persons. The hirer must be over the age of 21 years. The accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the booking form unless alteration has been given by owners, any breach of this condition shall entitle the owners to terminate the booking with no refund. The hirer shall be responsible for all members of the party, please ensure that no items provided in the caravan are removed during or after your stay. You are responsible for all the contents in the caravan during your stay and any breakage's or damage to furniture, fixtures, fittings, inventory or caravan must be paid for by the hirer, and to ensure that the caravan is left clean, tidy and ready for the next occupants. Should a court case result the hirer may be liable for court costs. Neither Mr or Mrs Hathaway accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by the applicants or their party or property during their holiday. Cheques and postal orders should be payable to Mr and Mrs K. Hathaway at 16 Pretoria Avenue, Midhurst, W. Sussex, GU29 9PP. Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for loss. RETURNED CHEQUES Unfortunately, we are now having to charge a fee for (returned) cheques. For any ’bounced’ cheques (for whatever reason) a fee of £20 for each & every cheque will be charged to the hirer or the holiday will be cancelled.
